For this paragraph we have followed Lucien Daudet's version in which he replaces real names with initials and asterisks. Names of characters from Molière (Célimène, Alceste, Oronte) have been substituted by Lucien Daudet for the real first names, as he explains in a note. - Kolb replaced all these substitutions with multiple "[...]" which obscured the reading of the text even more.
